Create this Chalkboard as the background for all your Back To School Projects. This is a vector tutorial but the images are very simple.  Give it a try and you will see how easy it is to create this graphic.  This tutorial has been written using PSP9 but  most tutorials can be used in versions other than what is stated.  If you are not sure if the tutorial will work with your version of PSP, contact me first before purchasing.
