Adorable in her rain coat and matching boots our little April Showers Bear enjoys the spring rain.  Protected by her matching umbrella she splish splashes thru the water without a care.

This tutorial has been written using PSP 8 but  most tutorials can be used in versions other than what is stated.  If you are not sure if the tutorial will work with your version of PSP, contact me first before purchasing.
