These are the terms and conditions for products purchased from the Ginny's Designs Store

Artwork Terms and Conditions of Use
When you make a purchase from our site, you are purchasing a limited use license to use the graphics distributed on our site. You are not purchasing the copyrights to any of the graphics. Ginny's Designs retains the ownership and copyright to all graphics. Downloading any graphics does not transfer title or any intellectual property rights therein, to you. By downloading or using any Ginny's Designs graphics, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to ALL the terms of this Agreement, you must not download any images.

All content is protected by U.S. and International copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or otherwise exploit the graphics that are licensed to you. You may not include the graphics in any commercially printed publication or commercially produced product.

    * You may not redistribute freely or sell the graphics as an image collection or partial image collection.

    * You may NOT use any of the graphics in an online image collection or partial online image collection for the purpose of free distribution.

    * A copyright notice and credit link back to Ginny's Designs, www.ginnysdesign.com ("Graphics Copyright © Ginny's Designs, www.ginnysdesign.com") is required for both personal and business use if the graphics will be displayed online.

Ginny's Designs graphics may be used for both personal and small business use. If you will be using the graphics to make a physical product for yourself, then you do not need to purchase a Small Business Use License. However, you cannot re-license or use the graphics to commercially produce (mass produced by anyone other than yourself) to create and sell items in retail stores on online.

Ginny's Designs artwork may be used as an enhancement in a design process for handmade crafts for personal use. (Personal use is defined as items created as gifts, personal keepsakes where there is no monetary profit gained.)

Artwork cannot be resold under any circumstances.
Artwork cannot be altered under any circumstances - including but not limited to:
Colorizing
Replacing Color
Cutting
Chopping
Animating

Artwork can be resized to work within a design.

Business Use - If you will be using the graphics to make a digital product to resell (including but not limited to, web sets, scrapbooking sets, digital embroidery files, blog or other templates, or anything that can be downloaded or included on a CD), you must also purchase a Small Business Use License. You may not resell just the individual graphics in either digital or printed format. In other words, you must use the graphics to create something and merge the graphics when possible.

Scrapbook Pages or Layouts - personal use does not require a copyright notice or Small Business Use License, unless they are displayed online or sold.

Web Related Items - web pages, eBay templates, blog templates, sig tags, avatars, banners, email stationery, desktop wallpaper and desktop themes, sig tags and avatars.
(Sale of these items requires a Small Business Use License.)

Candy Bar Wrappers - create candy bar wrappers for various candy bars for yourself. (Sale of these items requires a Small Business Use License).

Various Printable Crafts - create various printable craft items such as gift boxes, cards (made by you), paint can labels, recipe cards, to-do lists, note papers, recipe cards, stationary, etc. (Sale of these items requires a Small Business Use License).

Digital Embroidery Files - you may use the Ginny's Designs graphics to create digital embroidery files but the file must be in a digital embroidery format.
(Sale of these items requires a Small Business Use License).

Cafe Press/Zazzle.com Items - you may not use the graphics to create designs for things you sell at Cafe Press, Zazzle etc

Incredimail - You may not use Ginny's Designs artwork for the creation of Incredimail Skins, Stationary or Notifiers

Incredimail Skins, Notifiers and IM Letters

Any skins purchased or stationary downloaded are specifically for personal use. You may not resell or offer for download any of these items. You may NOT share skins through groups. Please do not "tear apart" my skins and use them for any other purpose.

Wrappers

(these are no longer available for purchase but the TOU will still apply)
These terms apply to any type of designed wrapper for purchase within Ginny's Designs

Ginny's Designs provides you with fully designed wrappers for your personal or small business site. (My Definition of small business: If you are a small home based business and do not mass produce items you may use our designs on your products.) You may use our products for church bazaars, crafts, and personal gifts etc.

Uses
You may personalize with your choice of text, print, cut and apply to your products. Wrappers may not be copied, cropped, chopped, resized or changed in any way and resold on your site as a "stand alone" item. This means, you may not purchase my wrappers, make a change and sell the wrapper as your own. Wrappers are to be applied to a product prior to sale on your site. ie, chocolate bars, candles, soap bars, paint cans etc. You may resize the wrapper and display it on your site as an example of what you provide on your final product.

Do not use Ginny's Designs Products to make templates or patterns. They are designed for a specific use and are to be used for that purpose.

Sharing
Products from Ginny's Designs may not be shared or sold in forums, groups, MSN groups, Yahoo Groups, sold on Ebay or CD. Suffice it to say, do not share your purchased product in any way unless you have applied it to your final product.

Credit
Ginny's Designs does require a link back to www.ginnysdesign.com from your website within a links or credits area

Tutorials

The tutorials provided teach you different painting techniques and how to make individual graphics that you may use to create additional items and sets of your own.

Do not give or share these tutorials in any way. You have purchased this product, if someone else wants to use the tutorial they too need to purchase their own copy.

Cost of tutorials will not be refunded to the purchaser after the product has been downloaded.

Use
Please do not use the scripting tool on any of my tutorials and send them to anyone.
Do not copy and send any tutorials via email.
Do not post or use any tutorials in forums or groups without my permission.
Do not link directly to the tutorials from your site without my permission, please link to the entrance page.
Do not use any graphics within the tutorials to write your own.
Please do not take my tutorials and "revise" them and claim them as your own.
Please do not repost any tutorials without permission from Ginny's Designs.
Please do not translate my tutorials without permission from Ginny's Designs.

What you create from any of my tutorials is yours to do with as you wish.

You may not use any of the tutorials or the supplies offered within tutorials as a download or for purchase on your site, CD, or in any way shape or form. They are offered for your personal use in the learning/tutorial process.

You may not upload any portion of this site to another site, or link directly to any files, tutorials, pages or graphics provided within the tutorials.

Desktop Themes and Screen Savers

These are for personal use only. You may not share or resell these Desktop Themes and Screensavers in any form or fashion.
